You might recognize Ruben Pires, general manager and owner, from Avenue Restaurant (Manhattan Beach), Michael's (Santa Monica), Paradise Cove (Malibu), or the Patina Group (Downtown). His over 20 years of industry experience is as expansive and varied as the Los Angeles restaurant scene. Originally from Brazil, Ruben also finds time to coach for South Bay Soccer Club. If he's not at the restaurant, he's probably on the soccer field!
