Remorseless assassin Joe (Nicolas Cage) is in Thailand to complete a series of contract killings for a crime boss called Surat (Nirattisai Kaljaruek) . He hires a street punk named Kong (Shahkrit Yamnarm) to run errands for him, all the while planning to kill the youth at the conclusion of his assignment. Instead, Joe becomes Kong's unlikely mentor, and begins a tentative romance with a local shop girl. But, as Joe begins to let his guard down, Surat decides it is time to clean house.

INTRO/CAST:
Bangkok Dangerous was a mediocre film and though sometimes it could be entertaining I cannot recommend it. This movie stars Nicolas Cage and is directed by the Pang Brothers.
PLOT:
The life of Joe, an anonymous assassin, takes an unexpected turn when he travels to Thailand to complete a series of contract killings. Joe, a remorseless hitman, is in Bangkok to execute four enemies of a ruthless crime boss named Surat. He hires Kong, a street punk and pickpocket, to run errands for him with the intention of covering his tracks by killing him at the end of the assignment. Strangely, Joe, the ultimate lone wolf, finds himself mentoring the young man instead while simultaneously being drawn into a tentative romance with a local shop girl. As he falls further under the sway of Bangkok's intoxicating beauty, Joe begins to question his isolated existence and let down his guard--just as Surat decides its time to clean house.
WRAP UP:
Bangkok is one of those films where I just didnt really care what happened to the main charachters because the story just did not pull me in far enough, and im sure you will laugh at Nic Cage's hair (I sware he has a different hair do for every film hes in). Overall Bangkok Dangerous gets 2 stars out of 5 and on a grade scale that would be a C. I say Skip this movie!!!!!!!!
