This is the perfect place to enjoy a drink at sunset, or sip a mojito on a sunny Sunday afternoon – not a place to carouse through the night. After all, Rooftop is only open until 10 p.m. on weekends – appropriate, because while the sparkly night-lights scene is pretty, the most stunning views are during daylight.
