Ninos Flamencos - For Kids

niños flamencos is a fun, imaginative dance class for children aged 6-10 in the basics of flamenco and spanish dance and music, using the elements of footwork (taconeo), arm and hand movements (brazeo) and rhythms to create a cultural experience that this age group can enjoy! Dancers will learn to use spanish shawls and fans during the session. Any small fan can be purchased in advance; a small quantity will be available for purchase at the class.
Requirements: flamenco shoes or leather-soled street shoes with a short, thick heel that is supportive. Girls: leotard top and full skirt that can be moved. No tennis shoes, high heels or rubber-soled shoes.
