Coldplay will extend their phenomenally successful Viva La Vida tour with additional dates, including a November 25th Honda Center show.. This marks their return to the Southland following two sold out concerts at The Forum earlier this July (which kicked off the trek).. Tickets for the upcoming Anaheim performance will go on sale Saturday, October 11th at 10 AM.

Viva La Vida or Death and All His Friends, produced by Brian Eno (U2, David Bowie, Talking Heads) and Markus Dravs (Arcade Fire), debuted at Number One on the Billboard 200 this June.. It sold over 700,000 copies in its opening week, making it one of the biggest bows of the year.. The album's leadoff single "Violet Hill" was downloaded by two million people during a one-week period in which the band made the song available to fans for free, and the title track was highlighted in Apple's recent iTunes campaign.
